WILLS, TRUSTS & PROBATE

Under today's estate and income tax laws, estate planning has become crucial to protect assets built up over one’s life. Grimes Goebel provides this planning and implementation through preparation of living trusts, wills, powers of attorney, living wills and other documents allowing clients to maintain a high level of flexibility and control over their assets. The firm is then available to assist the personal representative in the probate and administration of the estate, including litigation that may be necessary, such as that which arises out of the challenge of a will. The result is to protect the estate in a manner designed to limit time and expense to the ultimate beneficiaries. The firm works closely with the client’s tax advisors to insure that the client's estate planning needs are properly addressed in light of federal and state inheritance and estate taxes.
